In Solidarity with Tai Po

Wang Fuk Court Fire — November 26, 2025

The Gambian community in Hong Kong is deeply shocked and heartbroken by the devastating fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po—Hong Kong's deadliest in decades. 55 lives lost, 77 injured, 279 still missing.

Our hearts are with the victims, families, and Tai Po community. We honour the firefighters and rescuers who risked everything.

May the souls lost rest in peace. May the injured heal fully. May the missing be safely found. May every family find comfort.
